These terms apply to guests of the restaurant and visitors to podpapugami.com.pl – in particular those purchasing gift vouchers, booking a table or sending inquiries through the contact form.

You can book a table:

• by phone at +48 695 102 939 (preferred path)
• online via zjedz.my
• in person at the restaurant

Reservations are typically held for 15 minutes past the booked time. If you're running late, please call. For private hire or larger groups (10+ guests) please use the form at /oferta-dla-firm or email us.

• Voucher is valid indefinitely (no expiry).
• Each voucher has a unique code (PP-XXXXXXXX) and is single-use.
• Unused balance is not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
• Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions.
• We deliver the voucher by email, typically within 1–2 minutes of payment confirmation. If you provide the recipient's email, we send it directly to them; the buyer always receives a confirmation.
• Voucher complaints: email info@podpapugami.com.pl, review period 14 days.

On site we accept cash, payment cards and BLIK. Online (vouchers): BLIK, cards and instant transfers – handled by Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A. (Tpay, Poznań).

VAT invoices on request – give us your billing details when booking, when receiving the bill, or by email.

Guests are expected to behave appropriately in the venue, use our services in good faith and respect other guests. Staff may refuse service in cases of serious misconduct.

The restaurant follows Polish law on alcohol service – we do not serve intoxicated persons or minors.

Review period: 14 days from receipt.

Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

Disputes arising from services provided in the restaurant fall under the jurisdiction of the court for the place of business (Wrocław).
