Our current Head Bartender comes from Kołobrzeg, where he studied catering. He has worked in the kitchen and as a waiter, now he manages our bar. He knows his job inside-out, he has gained experienced behind bars in Kołobrzeg, Poznań and Wrocław. He feels best behind the bar entertaining a crowd of guests. He loves seasonal products and unobvious combinations. He is constantly looking for perfect compositions, sophisticated ingredients, simplicity and authenticity. Michał won the worldwide World Class 2016 competition.
His signature cocktail is burnt raspberries with cognac and blackberry liqueur; not only does it taste great, but the preparation itself is an interesting performance. He likes to accentuate the bitter taste in his cocktails. Apparently he can prepare a Campari in 100 different ways, although, as he claims, neat Campari is the best. He also works in other Wrocław bars, quickly gaining a lot of knowledge and experience. He is passionate about electronic music and a very good squash player.
He sat his Matriculation Exam only because it was a necessary requirement of his first job behind the bar. He has gained experience in beerhouses, clubs, hotels and cocktail bars, so he now combines a wide range of skills with impeccable service. He never runs out of smiles and bourbon.
